Full Day (the "App") counts and limits the time you spend in apps you choose. This policy explains what information the App handles, where it is stored, and who receives it.
1. Information kept only on your phone
The information below is stored only on your phone and is never sent to anyone, including the operator.

App data is excluded from Google cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Uninstalling the App deletes all of the information above.
2. Information read through the Accessibility Service API
The App uses the Android Accessibility Service API to count usage time and block apps. It works only after you read the in-app notice, agree, and turn it on yourself in your phone settings.
- What it reads: the name of the app on screen; screen element names and screen descriptions that tell whether a YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook screen is a Shorts/Reels player; the address in the browser address bar (Chrome, Samsung Internet, Edge, Firefox).
- What it does: records usage time per app on your phone, shows a short note at the top of the screen when 1 minute is left, shows a screen asking whether you did your to-do at the time you set, and when the time you set runs out, shows a block screen, presses Back, or closes a picture-in-picture window.
- What it reads is used only for these decisions and is not stored or sent. It does not read text you type, message content, or password screens.
3. Information shared with outside services
Google AdMob (ads)
The App uses Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads to users who do not subscribe to Pro. AdMob may collect the advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad views and clicks in the App, and diagnostic information such as crashes and performance, and share them with Google to deliver and measure ads.
- Where consent is required (such as the EEA, the UK, and some US states), the App asks for ad consent on first launch, and you can change it in Settings.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings > Google > Ads.
- The operator does not sell personal information.

Google Play Billing (Pro subscription)
The Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) is processed by Google Play Billing. You cancel the subscription in Google Play. Google handles payment information; the operator never receives card numbers or other payment details. The App asks Google Play for your purchase history only to check what you bought.
Sharing your results
When you tap "Share", the App creates an image of this week's usage on your phone and passes it to the app you choose (for example, Instagram or Messages). The image goes only to the app you choose and is not sent to the operator.
4. Children
The App is not intended for children under 16.
5. Your rights
You can change the information the App stores in the App's settings, or delete all of it by uninstalling the App. You can manage ad-related information through the Google links above. Contact us at the email above.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and post it on this page.

「알찬하루」(이하 「앱」)은 사용자가 정한 앱의 사용 시간을 세고 제한하는 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 어디에 보관하는지, 누구에게 전달되는지를 적습니다.
1. 앱이 휴대폰 안에서만 다루는 정보
아래 정보는 사용자의 휴대폰 안에만 저장되며, 운영자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송하지 않습니다.

앱 데이터는 구글 클라우드 백업과 기기 간 이전 대상에서 제외되어 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 모두 지워집니다.
2. 접근성 서비스 API로 읽는 정보
앱은 사용 시간을 세고 차단하기 위해 안드로이드 접근성 서비스 API를 사용합니다. 사용자가 앱 안의 안내를 읽고 동의한 뒤, 휴대폰 설정에서 직접 켜야 작동합니다.
- 읽는 정보: 지금 화면에 떠 있는 앱의 이름, 유튜브·인스타그램·페이스북 화면이 숏츠·릴스 재생 화면인지 구분하는 화면 구성 요소 이름과 화면 설명 글자, 브라우저(크롬, 삼성 인터넷, 엣지, 파이어폭스) 주소창의 주소
- 하는 일: 앱별 사용 시간을 휴대폰 안에 기록하고, 1분 남으면 화면 위쪽에 잠깐 안내를 띄우고, 정한 시각에 할 일을 했는지 묻는 화면을 띄우고, 정한 시간을 다 쓰면 차단 화면을 띄우거나 뒤로 가기를 누르거나 작은 창(화면 속 화면)을 닫습니다.
- 읽은 정보는 판단에만 쓰고 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 입력하는 글자, 메시지 내용, 비밀번호 입력 화면의 내용은 읽지 않습니다.
3. 외부 서비스에 전달되는 정보
Google AdMob (광고)
프로를 구독하지 않은 사용자에게 배너·전면·보상형 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공과 측정을 위해 기기 광고 ID, IP 주소와 그로부터 추정한 대략적인 위치, 기기·앱 정보, 앱 안에서의 광고 조회·클릭 정보, 비정상 종료·성능 같은 진단 정보를 수집하고 Google과 공유할 수 있습니다.
- 유럽경제지역·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의를 받으며, 설정 화면에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 사용자는 휴대폰 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Google Play 결제 (프로 구독)
프로 구독(월·연)은 Google Play 결제로 처리합니다. 구독 해지도 Google Play에서 합니다. 결제 정보는 Google이 처리하며 운영자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부 확인을 위해 Google Play에 구매 내역을 조회합니다.
기록 공유
사용자가 「기록 공유」를 누르면 이번 주 사용 시간을 담은 이미지를 휴대폰 안에서 만들고, 사용자가 고른 앱(예: 인스타그램, 카카오톡)에 건넵니다. 이미지는 사용자가 고른 앱에만 전달되며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 아동
앱은 만 16세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
앱이 휴대폰 안에 저장한 정보는 앱 설정에서 바꾸거나, 앱을 삭제해 모두 지울 수 있습니다. 광고와 관련한 정보는 위 Google 안내에 따라 관리할 수 있습니다. 문의는 위 이메일로 받습니다.
6. 방침 변경
방침을 바꾸면 시행일을 고쳐 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

「充実した一日」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーが選んだアプリの使用時間を数えて制限するアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが扱う情報、その保存場所、提供先について説明します。
1. 端末内だけで扱う情報
以下の情報はユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、運営者を含め誰にも送信しません。

本アプリのデータは、Googleのクラウドバックアップと端末間の移行から除外しています。本アプリを削除すると、上記の情報はすべて削除されます。
2. ユーザー補助サービスAPIで読み取る情報
本アプリは、使用時間を数えてブロックするために、Androidのユーザー補助サービスAPIを使用します。アプリ内の説明を読んで同意したうえで、ユーザーが端末の設定で自らオンにした場合にのみ動作します。
- 読み取る情報：画面に表示中のアプリ名、YouTube・Instagram・Facebookの画面がショート動画（ショート・リール）の再生画面かどうかを判定するための画面要素名と画面の説明文、ブラウザ（Chrome、Samsung Internet、Edge、Firefox）のアドレスバーのアドレス
- 行うこと：アプリごとの使用時間を端末内に記録し、残り1分になると画面の上部に短い案内を表示し、決めた時刻にやることをやったか確認する画面を表示し、決めた時間を使い切ると、ブロック画面を表示する、「戻る」を押す、またはピクチャー・イン・ピクチャーの小さな画面を閉じます。
- 読み取った情報は判定にのみ使い、保存も送信もしません。ユーザーが入力する文字、メッセージの内容、パスワード入力画面の内容は読み取りません。
3. 外部サービスに提供される情報
Google AdMob（広告）
プロを購読していないユーザーにバナー・インタースティシャル・リワード広告を表示するため、Google AdMobを使用します。AdMobは広告の配信と測定のために、広告ID、IPアドレスとそこから推定したおおよその位置情報、端末・アプリの情報、アプリ内での広告の表示・クリック情報、クラッシュや性能などの診断情報を収集し、Googleと共有することがあります。
- 同意が必要な地域（欧州経済領域、英国など）では、初回起動時に広告の同意を求め、設定画面から変更できます。
- 端末の設定 > Google > 広告 から広告IDをリセットまたは削除できます。

Google Play 決済（プロの定期購入）
プロの定期購入（月額・年額）は、Google Play 決済で処理します。定期購入の解約もGoogle Playで行います。決済情報はGoogleが処理し、運営者がカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは購入状況を確認するためにGoogle Playに購入履歴を照会します。
記録のシェア
「記録をシェア」を押すと、今週の使用時間を表示した画像を端末内で作成し、ユーザーが選んだアプリ（例：Instagram、LINE）に渡します。画像はユーザーが選んだアプリにのみ渡され、運営者には送信されません。
4. 子ども
本アプリは16歳未満の方を対象としていません。
5. ユーザーの権利
本アプリが端末内に保存した情報は、アプリの設定で変更するか、アプリを削除してすべて消去できます。広告に関する情報は上記のGoogleの案内に従って管理できます。お問い合わせは上記メールアドレスで受け付けます。
6. 変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、施行日を更新してこのページに掲載します。
